Description Report on Transatlantic relations and the results of the Copenhagen meeting of Foreign Ministers in which the Declaration in the Community covering the ground of transatlantic cooperation. The agreement reached in Copenhagen will also allow discussion to go forward in NATO of a possible Declaration covering ground appropriate to the Alliance.
